Fire Flow (Hot Yoga)

Tap into your inner fire! Tapas, or self-discipline, creates the heat needed to positively transform our bodies. Classes will begin with pranayama and intelligent sequencing to build inner heat and promote purification. Come for the physical practice, leave with a renewed feeling of contentment. Infrared heated room assists detoxification.

 

Gentle Yoga

Slow down, breathe deep, and enjoy a series of gentle yoga postures to welcome (or close) the day. This class will help you feel calm, centered, and grounded. Modifications will make poses accessible to all bodies. Use of props encouraged.

 
 

Chakra Flow

This is a flow class that works on your energy anatomy and your physical body by using breath, meditation, and movement. Through this work you can affect your prana (or life force) for more energy and health as well as get your energy aligned from the inside out.

 

Yin Yoga

The practice of Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, bones and joints of the body, so it will really help improve rang of motion in the body. Unlike an active practice, the poses of Yin are held for longer periods of time, from 3-5 minutes, allowing the muscles to soften more deeply. Modifications and props will be offered to help create space and healing for all levels.

Yoga Nidra - Guided Meditation

Yoga Nidra is divine yogic sleep. One only needs to bring awareness to this practice. Laying in savasana, stillness; you will simply follow the voice of your instructor as you’re taken down a path towards inner peace and rest. Yoga Nidra has been shown to enhance consciousness, keep you alert without feeling anxious, and allow deeper sleep to take hold. The practice itself has been said to be equal to a full night’s rest, effective on the nervous system.

 

Kundalini Yoga

The Yoga Sutras states that « A yogi is one who has energy in the spine » 

This energy that moves in the spine is known as The Kundalini, and this series is designed to help you feel and access this energy through movement, breath, and vibration! 

The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Kundalini yoga uses drishti (eye focus), mudras (hand positions), asanas (postures) and chants, combining all of these together, helps to increase physical healing and emotional peace. Each class will include tuning in, warm-ups, pranayama (breath techniques), Kriya (set of exercises), deep relaxation and meditation. Enjoy a live sound bath with beautiful gongs. Regardless of body ability or flexibility, this class is for you.

Come get energized with radiant vitality for all you want to do in life! No prior yoga experience required. 

Led by Ann Campbell and Adrienne White

Class will be held outside on the yoga deck weather permitting.   

 

Aerial Yoga

Learn to fly, and do many other awesome yoga poses, on the Aerial Yoga Hammocks under the tutelage of Adrienne White and Faye VanRavenswaay, trained Ascension Yoga teacher and Aerial Silks. You will move, stretch, hang, and fly; building strength, mobility, and flexibility. Anyone can do it, it's so much fun!

SUP Board Yoga

SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga simply MUST be experienced! Half of our SUP students have never done yoga OR SUP! Beginners welcome. This class is just plain FUN with plenty of options to challenge you or allow you to rest and soak up all the wonderful nature around you. Savasana amongst the lily pads is surreal. See you on the water. Led by Adrienne White and Luke Andresen
